I’m Rachel, wife to Matt and mum to three wonderful teenagers. Family is a huge part of who I am, and I love the chaos, laughter and ordinary moments that come with it!
I’m also involved in lots of different areas of church life, and I love being part of a community where we can serve, grow and do life together.
As a leader, I’m passionate about encouraging people, helping others discover and use their gifts, and creating spaces where people feel welcomed, valued and able to be themselves. I love seeing people grow in confidence and faith and step into all that God has for them.
As Worship Deacon, my heart is to help people encounter God through worship. For me, worship is so much more than singing songs or a Sunday service, it’s about creating space for people to meet with God, respond to Him and grow in their relationship with Him. I’m passionate about worship that is authentic, prayerful, joyful and centred firmly on Jesus.
