Operations Manager Vacancy ​

​We are looking for an inspiring, self-aware and competent leader to join us as our new Operations Manager. You will be serving alongside our interim lead minister, assistant pastor and administrator as well many committed and gifted volunteers. ​This is a senior role within the ministry team, and you will give a lead by providing strategic and practical oversight of the church’s operations, administration and governance. ​

​You will have good understanding of and oversight experience in the following areas: Administration; Finance; HR; IT; Facilities management; Health  & Safety; Communications; Governance. ​

​

This is a part-time post for 24 hours per week ​

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 pro rata + Pension ​

Start date: As soon as possible ​
